Paul du Marchie v.V. has developped a style of abstract painting which reflects his philosophy; the latter gives a great importance to the fragility of existence encircled by black infinite nothingness.
Nicole du Marchie v.V. mainly paints human faces. These often express an undefinable longing and, during a fugitive moment, seem to cast a thought on the sense of life.
